Mark-the-gib Posted November 11, 2017 Share Posted November 11, 2017 Hi, Was hoping to get some advice for a Tiger touch running V9.1 which has started to crash mid show after running regularly with no issues after being updated 6 months ago. The screen freezes (no blue screen) and the desk is completely unresponsive until it is restarted. Could I have missed something during installation process? Another issue which has been the case since the update but am unsure whether is related, is that the DMX driver needs to be restated every time the desk is turned on. My next step is to run recovery which I haven’t done yet but I just wanted to ask around if anyone else has had this problem before.
