Peter18
One of the output channels on my Soundcraft folio mixer is not working.Any suggestions for repair?Lots of possibilites for causing this but try checking the jacks on the main insert points first. With the mixer off (or the output not connected to anything) try pushing a suitable jack into the appropriate channel's insert point and then removing it a few times. Then power on and see if the problem has cleared.
DrV
Or even better, plug in a jack with its tip and ring shorted
Mixermend
A few suggestions have been given above - but a few more tests should home you into the exact area of the fault. Is there a reading on the bargraph display? Does the headphone output have both channels present? Can you inject a signal into the insert jack socket on the ring and see it on the output? (It should also appear on the bargraph metering). Always compare the two channels.......
