Hi all,

Does anyone have any good recommendations for a battery powered PA for general school use please?

Been looking at:

the box MBA80W

Alto Transport 12

Phonic Safari 3000

We've got a couple of the Wharfedale Ezgo units. Not the most powerful unit in the world, but very portable. Handheld radio mic supplied with it, and built in USB MP3 player. And if you stick it on a stand, it looks OK....

Worth looking at MIPRO too - they've have been around for many years and are more solidly built than many others on the market

MA-707 and MA-708 many be suitable - both pull-up handle versions.

Optional CD/IUSB Players and wireless microphone receivers/mics

Just bought a Box MBA80W and pick it up tomorrow.

Mainly bought for my wife as she often needs a small, easy to move / setup system, when doing small church services in old people homes.

Will let you know what I think if you want.
