the kid
I needed to fix a few headphone cables at the jack connection, that dull bit that keeps on breaking. I remembered seeing a thing about some stuff that was instant glue but UV cure. I got some Bondic, (see link below) it is GREAT really good. Put on a bit of the glue and use the UV LED pen for 4 seconds and job done. I was worried that the LED might be a fake UV, but it seems to not be. The glue really is liquid until UV. I also used on a stencil I had and gave that a go, and has been great. GF broke an earring, I didn't think it would work but it really was great. I pretty much can't get over how good I have found it for small odd fixes, I imagine it would be great for props as needed, odd bits of costume. The the fact it is solid like superglue, but liquid until the UV pen makes it fantastic. http://notaglue.com/ https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bondic-Purpose-Instant-Stronger-Adhesive-Starter/dp/B00QU5M4MG
bigclive
Try an eBay search for UV curing glue. It's a commopn thing in Chinese manufacturing so it's available quite cheaply and can be cured with a near UV LED torch or a violet laser pointer for extra fast curing.
