Nicktaylor
I now have couple of units that are generating AF but no RF. Had them open to make sure nothing obvious. Obviously in touch with Sennheiser but a bit unhappy I seem to be having a fairly high failure rate. Anyone out there finding the same. I have 16 channels and earlier in the year did an exchange of two units, one was a customer damage but the other had a similar fault. paulears
If they have very low RF, rather than absolutely none, then it's worth opening them, up and just checking the aerial connection, when dropped a few of mine needed a repair there - which was a simple dab with the iron. Nicktaylor
I think there is none though I have tried dabbing the aerial joint on one with no success!Maybe I will try the other
Rob_Beech
Likely sweat or other liquid run in through the front of the flap onto the components just inbetween the up and down buttons. Fixed price repair is the cheapest option I'm afraid. I've lost 3 in the last 6 months. Rob
