Will_Tech
Hi New to the freelance realm having only started in May (worked as a local lx/sound in theatre for 4 years prior). There seems to be lots of work around for Spring and Summer but September to November seems to be a little quiet? Anybody else find this, or am I missing something? I probably am. Work seems to pick up towards the end of November/start of December with panto etc. What's your thoughts?
Wilflet
Depends what your doing- theres some corporates there, touring rock and roll tends to ramp up from october up to christmas, I tend to have a lot of comedy in october/november (not sure how much of that is a general thing and how much is a venue thing). Personally I find I tend to get January off- but for those of you who do theatre you'll have the tail end of panto. All depends which pies you have your fingers in.
