If 1 then look at a shorted relay contact or a shorted relay driver. If 2 then check the sensor and its wiring. Sensor is the most likely IMHO. EDIT: Sorry - the MAC600 doesn't have a sensor! The detect circuit is R221 (10k 2W) D221 (1N4007) C221 (100uF 25V) and TZ221 (12V zener). Most likely is R221 o/c or C221 dried out and very low value. This lot also drives the opto IC221 (TLP131 etc) via R222 (330R). The opto is another weak point. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
