sclg
A bit of X32 advice please if there are any experts around...Our (volunteer-run) theatre has just got an X32 and moving from an old 01-V I'm finding the extra flexibility a mite confusing  We normally run the FoH speakers on the main LR channels and the other 4 speakers are run as mono channels as they are used solely for spatially distinct sound effects.I've got the 4 effects speakers on mix busses 1 to 4 and I can set an out put to go the way I want - but how do I NOT have it coming out the main LR bus as well??I know I'm missing something blindingly obvious but any pointers would be appreciated !(... or am I going about things the wrong way??) mi-ul
Select the channel you want and then to the left of the screen is a section marked "Main Bus". Press the large button at the bottom of that section to include (lit) / bypass (unlit) the main stereo bus.

Electrolytic
like on an analogue console un-assign the channel from being sent to the Main L&R bus.On the X32 its under the PAN knob.
