jonathanhill
Does anyone have an exploded drawing of an ETC Smartpack, 12 channel variant, with part numbers to hand? I am trying, so far without success, to buy a quad Triac block, component number Q211 to replace one that has a dead Triac in it.
Tomo
Q211 is the actual part number for the power cube (quad triac block) Any ETC dealer can supply this.
jonathanhill
I have enquiries on-going with two ETC distributers at the moment, but neither has come back with a price or part number.
Ynot
If you do end up with the aforesaid diagram I would be interested in a copy. Two of our Smart racks are exhibiting odd faults where the one has 4 circuits (on the middle cube I think) which flicker all 4 channels when one of them is up, whilst the other causes flickering not just on that rack, but on other lanterns in the rig, so something's getting back onto the DMX feed is my guess. I also have a third rack with a dodgy dimmer curve on the 4 channels of the middle cube that I can't sort - so some investigative testing needed. jonathanhill
I have not been able to locate an exploded view, however, AC-ET have come back to me with a price and an order code (ETQ211) for the quad Triac block.
