revbobuk
I've used the Audio Technica Pro-47/49 - nice, little bit too much bottom end for some voices; and the Pulse GNM-600 is surprisingly good, considering the brand! The AT is often discounted to near your budget. Never tried it, but the Samson CM20P might be worth a go.
andrew.p.r
I've used a couple of these in church installs and they work well. Samson Mic
paulears
I've used (and sold a fair few) of the Pulse ones, and can confirm they are rather nice. The only snag is that for many lecterns, 600mm is a bit too tall, unless you can mount them at the very back.
BigYinUK
Red5's RVD11 might be a possibility for you if its anywhere near as good as their other mics. And a bargain at £32.00 http://www.red5audio.com/acatalog/Dynamic_Microphones.html
