Kdogg Posted December 6, 2013 Share Posted December 6, 2013 Dearcall - the palette desk I've been using has had issues over the last couple of days. I re-installed the software and the desk has gone into some sort of demo mode. I can only control 7 channels ! The desk also flashes "factory" in the bottom right hand corner. Any ideas? indyld Posted December 6, 2013 Share Posted December 6, 2013 Is the license dongle still in place? It looks like a USB pen drive and is plugged into one of the internal USB ports inside the desk (open it via the two buttons at either side of the desk, near the front). As you have re-installed the software there may be some other procedure you need to activate your license. It sounds to me that you are just running in unlicensed mode at the moment.
