(1990) I went on to completeing 236 part 1 & also AM1I would now like to carry on with my training and become fully qualified. Can anybody help with this one. There are web forums much better placed to advise about training for electricians, the first that spring to mind are http://www.electriciansforums.co.uk and http://www.talk.electricianforum.co.uk/ A local college would talk you through your options I'm sure; they know the latest on courses and want to get people on to the right ones. They will also know what you can enter yourself on to as some training (NVQ etc) was only available to those sent to college by employers when I looked into it a few years ago.
