peza2010 Posted January 26, 2013 Share Posted January 26, 2013 hi all. video really isnt my fortay, and I can just anout handle setting up vision mixers with pips so im in need of some advice. one of the shows I work with are thinking about moving onto a laptop for audio playback, at which point for me as a lampie getting timecode at the lightng desk would be nice, and thus far I can handle. where my knowledge ends is how to fire video with timecode on a laptop. requirements would be:2 independant outputs (one is usable but isnt as furure proof as I would like) to be able to fire using timecode, or even generate the timecode itself. a "timeline" style way of building the show would be good but not imperative. budget: think more weekend theatre show rather than arena tour but there is some cash to play with. cheera Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
