cedd
Any tips on getting there by public transport? I'd love to come (though I bought a new desk last week, so it's just to play!) but it's a 4 hour drive and suggestions from the various rail websites suggest it could be quite tricky (and pricy) to get there. Which station is best when coming out of London (as I guess I'll be doing - unless there's a line direct from Birmingham where I could go via instead) and is it a walkable distance? Cheers
themadhippy
yep theirs direct trains between birmingham and reading, takes about 2 hours.if you select advanced options on the trainline it lets you set places to avoid.
J Pearce
Last time I visited I walked from Winnersh Triangle (about 1.5 mile from memory), but a taxi from Reading would be equally simple.
techywhizz
Thanks Jon, As Jon says its just over a mile from Winnersh Triangle or you can get a bus or Taxi from Reading Station. Come the end of the day, we'll arrange you a lift back to the station. Looking forward to seeing you there. M

Pete McCrea
Also depending on which day and time you're going there may well be someone coming in from the west that could give you a lift. I'm planning on the Wednesday...
J Pearce
Having looked at the dates it's possible I might be around on the Saturday as I'm down south for the weekend.
azlan
is it a drop in type event, or do you need to be there all day? I might try and get a few of the guys from my venue to come down for the afternoon when we usually do training anyway

Whichever works for you. We'll have engineers and reps from manufacturers looking forward to demonstrating systems to you. M
