Sound card port extensions?

Hi all,

 

I have a strange question... At the school I work for there are a selection of computer rooms that use microphones and headsets. Im looking for a way to extend the sound card ports and relocate them onto the desk. This is to try and prevent damage to the machines and make acess to the ports a little easier.

 

I know this isnt exactly a PC forum but wondered if any one else has come accross something that may do the job. Im looking for something similar to an audio splitter but without the "splitting" function...

The first item would be perfect. Funniliy enough I spent ages looking for something like this via the usuall channles and found nothing.
