jexjexjex
Just what the title says really. Can anyone tell me if the last version of Genius (1.2a I think) came on one floppy disk or two? Reason I ask is that I've got a dead GSX here (Which I know the history of) along with it's manual. In the back pockets of the manual are two disks both saying "Genius", but the disks aren't numbered. If the answer is two, then OK, but if the answer is one, then I know where the other disk belongs. All ideas gratefully accepted...
Ynot
stick the disks into a PC (if you still have one with a 3.5 in drive!) and read the files. If they're the same then thee's the answer. They may also have an exe file on one, and data files on the other... Thanks Ynot. *Rummages in cupboard under stair...* I knew I "borrowed" that USB floppy drive for a reason. Now, If I could just find it...
itiba
It's likely you'll find one disc has the actual software for the desk on it and the other contains a small file with the 'password' which unlocks the channel count and other features.
