At your scale weight might become a problem, so mebbe look into some grade of fire resistant corrugated cardboard, if it exists, or `twinwall` plastics, used for greenhouse roofing, might get the weight stiffness level right. Jivemaster Posted February 12, 2005 Share Posted February 12, 2005 The size/stiffness/weight requirements look daunting but there is a whole range of fire-retardant foamboard used in the exhibition industry avaialble in suitable sizes (its actually foam between aluminium foils).
