Zulu Posted December 5, 2011 Share Posted December 5, 2011 My theatre has 2 x ACT6 Strand dimmer packs, and 2 x Micropak 2.4 dimmer packs. (24 channels).The buzz on the Micropaks is excessive, and I have a dead channel on one of the Micropaks, and on one of the ACT 6s.:( Can anyone recommend where I can have them serviced? and/or how much I might expect to pay ?
