Use some heavily directional lapels like Sennheiser MKE40's.

 

But only if you're sure you can get them positioned correctly and that they won't get moved.

 

Really, like many others have said, the right tools for the job are headset mics. Failing that, ride the faders and accept that it'll either be quiet or howl like wolf.
