And while of course it was all written on the internet (and so to be taken with a large pinch of salt) there were a fair few people complaining about money being regularly taken out of their account over a period of months, and in some cases, years! Now if you don't miss almost £10 being taken out of your account every month for three years, I think it kind of serves you right for not noticing. But nevertheless, something to be aware of.
