Jfa
Hi I have got a couple of drivers lying around and wanted to have a go at building a couple of speakers as an experiment. Does anyone have any plans or advice for building a single 18 ported sub and a 12"co-ax wedge? any advice would be great. Thanks
paulears
speakerplans is a great starting place. Some really interesting stuff. Some I've heard. Two I've attempted to build, but not made a hugely good job of!
Barreller
I've got some software called Eminence Designer which is superb. You can try different drivers, cabinet types, dimensions etc and then get graphs for frequency response. I think I bought it from Maplin. mervaka
I would have thought to build any meaningful cabinet you'd need the TS parameters. Here's a useful starting point for measuring the parameters for yourself.
