Pete McCrea Posted October 28, 2010 Share Posted October 28, 2010 At 24hours exposure, I'd be inclined to go 16A on the connectors, and not worry on the DMX, other than making sure it's not in a puddle, and possibly a wrap of LX round the join in the XLR shells. Munro Posted October 28, 2010 Author Share Posted October 28, 2010 Am I the only one amused by an IP65 rated unit which has un-rated 200mm cables to connect it up? I thought that, They were fitted by Northern Stage 5 years ago, and I uninstalled them from a school fitness suite roof 2 years ago. I would imagine they came without plugs, and NStage put 13amp plugs on? No idea why we got IP65 for a perfectly dry gym, must have wanted to get rid of them...
