AV Doug
Looking for advice on the Jester ML48 desk, is it possible to incorporate moving light cues into submasters? In theory chases etc should all be possible, but does anyone have any practical experience? Cheers

jonhole
Hi Doug, Just record your submasters in the same way you would record a 'memory' (cue) with moving lights in it. To record a chase, you record step one as you would normally onto a sub, record step two over the top and you get a message asking if you want to 'overwrite', 'cancel' or 'make chase'. Click make chase and it put's this in as step two. Every time you record on top of this sub, it will automatically create a new step (it won't keep asking you). Hope this helps
AV Doug
Just record your submasters in the same way you would record a 'memory' (cue) with moving lights in it. Will bringing up more than 1 fader then freak out the lights? So for example if you bring one down and are bringing another up at the same time. jonhole
Intensity works on Highest Takes Precedence, where all other attributes will work on Latest Takes Precedence (trigger level: 5%). So, by moving the second fader, the Intensity of your lights will just be whatever the highest fader that they are programmed onto is, and the other attributes (colour, position, beam shape) will be whichever submaster last went above 5%. If you don't want the attribute to 'snap' into a new position, you can put a time fade onto the submaster and set the attributes to 'fade' instead of 'snap' (using the settings that appear when you press 'special').
