hi guys,

 

what is the best mode to programme these in, Max1 or Max2. Got 8, which will have their own DMX line with nothing else on that line.

Max 1 if you need individual cell control, otherwise Max 2.

Depends what you want to do:

 

Colour mixing with the fixture split into 18 cells AND control of the internal chase effects: Use MAX1.

 

Colour mixing with the fixture as one single cell AND control of the internal chase effects: Use MAX2.

 

Just DMX control of the internal chase effects: Use EF d

 

Just colour mixing: Use DMX mode and then use the PERS > RES menu option to choose how many DMX channels you want to use, between 3 and 54 channels - this then determines how many separate cells the full width of the fixture is broken up into (between 1 and 18).
