neilalexrose
Anybody know the sizes of colour scrollers I would need in inches for the following: Source four zoom, source for profile, source four jr,Strand Harmony F Fresnel,Strand Harmony 22/40 Profile,Par 64, 8 inch scrollers with appropriate backplates would suit for all. You could also use 6 inch scrollers for the source 4 fixed and junior profiles. Check with hire/sales company first though that they have the appropriate backing plates for your units. Also worth bearing in mind, if available, is to get Par64's with the scroller arms, less drooping. HTH Neil

gareth
It's not possible to use scrollers in the traditional 'drop-in' way with Harmony lanterns due to the unusual arrangement of the colour runners (the bar across the top, right at the front) - they have to be fixed on by other means, the upshot of which is that thay're a pain in the arse to attach and detach. Also, Source4 Zooms are woefully nose-heavy even 'au naturale', and adding a scroller to the front makes them even worse, even if you've got the optional (ha!) balancing kit. Just a couple of things to bear in mind.
