Surely if your competent to change the plug your competent enough to give it a quick one over while doing so and therefore comply with the electricity at work act and HASAW? Why would you also need to get it "PAT tested"?Mostly because I don't believe hetsscaryguy is competent, and he's too young/inexperienced for the HSE to consider him competent either.
