LampyDamo
Hello there, I am after 2 (maybe 4) Optikinetic Solar 575 projectors to take out for about 3 weeks. Although I have come across many of the 250s, I am struggling to source any of the 575 range. The idea for them is to create a Pyschadelic effect, projected through the band onto a cyc. Any alternative ideas or suggestions would be great. Thanks for your time Damo
son of lx dad
I think Hugh at LHS in Wandsworth London has some of these units. PM me for further details - I don't think he has a website.

Jivemaster
Certainly with the 250s there are always too few discs available now :D Check that you can get the discs that you want.

tlc
An alternative to the Opti way of doing this is to use a video projector and use video loops. Using eg "Arkaos" you can even make the oil effects interactive with live camera feed which gives some interesting effects( think Andy Warhol type images) Has bonus of being very tourable without broken glass and sticky gunk to have to deal with.
