Martin Roboscan Pro 218 MK2 PCB

Hello World :P

As the title says really. I have the PCB out of one of my Roboscan Pro 218s in front of me. It has a fault making the Tilt Stepper very jittery.

I have swooped the board for a known working one to rule out the Stepper and Loom leaving me with just the PCB.

I am looking for somewhere where I can send the board for them to either fix or replace the board.

Alternatively, I am looking for someone with a Martin Roboscan Pro 218 MK2 PCB that they are willing to sell me.

Many Thanks.

Josh

Dave Moore (PM me for his email address: he appears to be between websites at the minute...) has a load of 218 mk2's, some of which IIRC are in spares \ repairs condition. I'm sure he could be convinced to part with ether a unit or possibly just the pcb.

Sounds like the ULN 2803 16 pin dil chip, I am not sure but this usually is in a socket next to the stepper plug socket, or it is a desolder job, but still fairly easy with an iron, you can check for this by swopping pan and tilt plugs, if the problem moves to the new motor it is definately the ULN chip.
