blackbird
A colleague of mine is struggling to source an ArtNet to DMX converter (both ways) out in the US for hire, and I was just wondering if it was not as common in the US as I had assumed? Do they use another ethernet DMX protocol more often?? Thanks
JDP
Artnet is used in the US. It depends what desk etc. I have come across Artnet, usually its down to the desk, Programmer etc. I am sure Ed & Teds, Upstaging or PRG will sort Artnet requirements you have out. Bryson
Whereabouts in the US? It's a big country.
blackbird
Vegas - and PRG don't seem to be able to help, which surprised me!!
tvi675
Talk to Esteban Caracciolo at the PRG Vegas office.. I'm pretty sure that they've got some of our three universe Ethernet to DMX boxes out there which should do the job nicely :D His email is esteban@prg.com or PM me for phone numbers! Matt Edit: Just re-read the OP and missed the both ways bit.. ours are only Art-Net to DMX, not the reverse until the new model is released! Must try not to late night skim read...
