Two speakers

Is it possible to rig two small speakers onto one speaker cable (red and white cable) witch I am not quite sure how to do? can it be split?

Will there be any other load problem like overload or something??

Thanks

If they are 8ohm u can daisy chain them

as long as the amp can cope with a 4 ohm load.if your not sure dont crank the volume up to far

Oh ok how do u find out the ohms

any lables on the cabinets/drivers, 8 ohms is the most common but it could be anything from 4-64 ohms, theres no easy way of measuring speaker impedance acuratly as it varies with frequency, but an ohm meter may give a rough guide

when you say its running through a pc, I assume that you will be using a seperate amp of a suitable load for the speakers? it would be much easier to connect the speakers using a four core cable than to have to connect them in series/parrallel at the speakers.

if its coming from a computer then more than likely be a 2 core and screen cable, just conect one speaker between the red wire and screen, the other between the white wire and screen.however you may need some sort of amplifaction between the pc and speakers.
