If you are an ABTT member, by signing up for this course via the ABTT office you will be able to complete and gain the pyrotechnics part of the ABTT Training Award scheme (pyro is a part of the GOLD award). Brian Posted February 16, 2004 Share Posted February 16, 2004 If anyone's thinking of doing this course I can highly recommend it, having done it myself (and paid for it myself). You'll get the chance to rig and fire devices that you'll very rarely come across in normal theatre work. They tend to arrange and run the course when they get a suitable number of people wanting to do it.
