If so the answer is 'yes' as the desk outputs all 512 slots but you'll need to use the patch function to map those slots onto physical faders. If you mean 'can I somehow use more than 48 generic channels each with their own fader' then the answer is 'no' unless you sacrifice any of the 'mover' channels.
