I'm trying to track down a Waterphone - not the noise but the instrument, as the show is all live percussion.

 

Do any of you have one? or know someone that may?

Footes who are located in Golden Square (no 10 I believe), should be able to source pretty much any percussion going, but it may not be cheap.

Richard Waters makes them and as far as I am aware contacting him is the only way you will get hold of one short of borrowing one.

 

Sometimes I wonder why I stopped reading this forum and then I drop by again.

Ive done all that...

 

real Waterphones - there are two in the country, and I have investigated both of them.

 

I think its going to be a replica since the patent has been released.

 

So... any other ideas?

 

(basically I only post when I have exhasted google, beg borrowing,stealing, suppliers etc... I'm not a novice type <_<)
