dave singleton Posted March 6, 2007 Share Posted March 6, 2007 Does anyone have a Calico Cloth near to 12m/13m x 7m/8m in size? Im after hiring it, or something similar for an effect, but needs to have roughly the same properties as Calico to allow Front Projection and rear shadow lighting. I don't mind buying it as not many people (well none so far infact) have this sort of thing on the hire circuit as far as I know, however I ideally want to avoid buying at new cost. Our cycs are usually fairly thin and we have projected OK onto them, whilst they are translucent enough to show shadows from behind. I usually buy a cyc from them at 9m x 5m for just over a ton. While I am thinking about it, I need a material to act as a skirt for staging that will allow me good rear gobo projection. Nothing fancy, just using a couple of Entours to throw some patterns about.
