One of our units was sent for repair, and we asked the repair guys to update the firmware at the same time. I've no way of telling whether the FW was successfully updated, but I'm seeing exactly the same behaviour now the unit's back. So I suspect either the repair tech didn't do the update, or it didn't work, or the update did work but didn't fix the problem.


Any experience others would like to share, please?
