timmiddleton Posted December 24, 2006 Posted December 24, 2006 Hi I'm looking into flight cases for my Mackie SRM450s and SWA1501s. I know lots of people own these cabs so presumably there are premade cases around for them? Any ideas who from, or is this a custom job? Thanks, Tim Middleton
Yorkie Posted December 24, 2006 Posted December 24, 2006 I don't have any Mackies, I've never bought a flight case and I've can't personally vouch for this, but every time flight cases get discussed, one company that pops up pretty quickly is Spider Engineering's Flightcase Warehouse. They have cases already planned out for both the Mackie SRM450 and the Mackie SWA1501.
ChrisTS Posted December 25, 2006 Posted December 25, 2006 Hi there, I'd second flightcase warehouse, they're really good, have about 10 cases off them so far, never had any problems with them. They're usually quite fast if they have to make them from scratch too, really good quality. HTH Chris
TonyMitchell Posted December 25, 2006 Posted December 25, 2006 Agreed - Flightcase Warehouse are superb in terms of quality, service and value. We buy all our flightcases from them now and wouldn't go anywhere else.
jayselway Posted December 25, 2006 Posted December 25, 2006 If I'm after a general case, then Flightcase warehouse get's my vote. However, for something custom, Jetlife cases is a lot closer for me, as they're only 5 miles down the road!
timmiddleton Posted December 25, 2006 Author Posted December 25, 2006 Thanks for the fast replies! An almost unanimous decision then... Tim
