I need to put together a list of places to stay in London on a subsistance budget.

 

If anybody has any sugestions or even would be kind enough to forward me their theatres digs list I would be most greatful.

 

Looking for everything from budget hotels for odd nights, weekly and longer term (8-10 weeks) lets, rooms in houses etc.

 

Anywhere in London would be of interest but perticuarly places within reasonably easy travel to Swiss Cottage NW3 (Jubilee Line).

I seem to remember there is an "easy hotel" somewhere in London, tiny rooms but £10 a night?

Yep 14 Lexham Gardens Mind-numbingly basic from the looks of it though.

 

EDIT: ~£43 a night, good for Central London (I think!), but it sure as hell ain't a tenner...

If you know well in advance when you'll be staying, you might be able to get a 28 quid or 18 quid travelodge room - check their website.

We put some crew in HELENS HOTEL 18-20 CRAVEN PARK LONDON NW10 8TD, a couple of years ago. We paid about £85 per week + £2 for breakfast. They have some flats with kitchens + regular rooms. Definately cheap n cheerful, but if the budget says so eh
