Ellis Posted February 7, 2006 Share Posted February 7, 2006 When equipment, dry hired on sub-contract by the main contractor for an event fails, who is responsible for solving the problems? How can an event organiser ensure that they do not get caught in the middle of an "it's not my problem" argument while their event is running?
