That's good to know. I run both my X32s from separate UPS' the Compact at FOH and the Rack as stagebox, from the same mains outlet. It's a little worrying to know that the UPS could be responsible for loss of sync (though I'm puzzled as to how that could cause that issue).

Have you contacted Berry's UK service centre (somewhere in the midlands IIRC), they have some good press from users over on the X32 forum? Maybe they'd bend the rules and sell you the part.
