Smiley
Can anyone tell me what hardware is used to alter a microphone voice in real time i.e. helium type voice etc. I tried searching around but only came up with software approaches which lag by about 1.5 seconds. dfinn
We have a behringer virtualiser pro. loads of different effects. Thanks, Daniel
Bobbsy
All the units listed will do what you want. When I've needed this effect in the past (for Panto and also on a production of Scrooge) I used the Behringer Virtualiser Pro...it worked well. Nowadays I'd just do it with my DM1000 mixer though. Rob_Beech
the virtualizer isn't a bad little unit, especially at its current going rate of about £65. although I've found it can be a little noisy on some effects. You have to be careful and keep its processing down a little to keep it quiet. Rob
