Ben Langfeld
Alright lads (and ladies), it's lantern picking time again, and this time it's a follow-spot. Is there anything currently on the market sub £500 which anyone would recommend for a short throw distance of roughly 11.5m (small studio) preferably with a built-in dimmer, but not essential? Paul_LX
there are some reasonable follospots made by Surepro (a chinese company) they arent up to par with Robert Juliet etc but they are good follospots and cheap. Primarc (www.primarc.co.uk) are now in the process of selling them , give them a call and ask for Bob Peach. 1.2k HMI spots for about £
Ben Langfeld
I've actually just considered this properly (I know, I know, I shoulda done that before I posted), taking into account the height and I've done the calculations; it seems I'd end up with a very silly looking pool. I'm going to have to re-think this it seems. Thanks for the reply anyway.
