TW1 not behaving!

We brought an ex hire TW1 from a reputable company  last December - we’re using it for our current show but the light keeps cutting out for roughly a minute and then coming back on (we have changed over the bulb) and the back of the TW gets very hot – we got in touch with the company and where told to check its not in Studio mode - of which its not. Just wondering if theres anything else we should check on it settings wise?
