Leap Frog 48 board issue with the channels!

HI There

I  maybe going mad but lights are coming on on the Patch via the flash button but not registering in the corresponding channel on the lighting board. Some channels  work others don't!?  Does the board have fuses for each channel that may have blown??

Any advice really appreciated!

Tim

Hi @Tim Armitage

Firstly, can you confirm whether this is a Leap Frog running FrogOS, or a Leapfrog running ZerOS? If the console has 12 submaster faders it is the original FrogOS-based console, whereas if it has 10 submaster faders it is the ZerOS-based console.

If this is a ZerOS console, please could you confirm the current software version? To find this please click the “Other Windows” button, found top-left of the Output Window. From the dropdown choose System Info. In the window that opens will be a line of text displaying the “Software Version”.

Feel free to email support@zero88.com for quicker support.

@Tim Armitage if you mean that you have channels patched on the LeapFrog but the faders don't affect them and only the flash buttons do - then it sounds like you have some failed faders. It would be handy to know which version of the LeapFrog you have so that we can sure it's not a software issue but if it turns out to be hardware i.e. faders then either version desk is eminently repairable (and not expensive to do).
