Are you an experienced venue technician looking to take the next step into management?  This role could be for you!  We are offering 6-12 months of tailored support with an industry mentor to enable a technician with proven sound & lighting skills to develop into our next Technical Manager. The Technical Manager is a vital part of our friendly in-house team providing brilliant technical support across our programme.

The Technical Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of all technical requirements of our busy and varied programme including professional & amateur performances, workshops, masterclasses conferences and film screenings. This is a hands-on role, and the post holder will provide the highest quality technical operation of the venue, and excellent technical support to visiting artists and clients hiring spaces within Pavilion Dance, whilst ensuring health & safety regulations are adhered to.

Salary £27,000 per annum rising to £30,000 on completion of trainee period

 Full time - 37.5 hours per week

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
