Venues we work in (click here) We provide technical production (lighting, sound, AV, custom scenery, furniture, graphics etc) to a range of high-profile events. The work is fast paced (install times of 45 minutes are not uncommon) and diverse in scale but offers a chance to be part of some of the most prestigious events in London. As a rapidly growing team we can also offer many routes for internal promotion, as well as the opportunity to experience a number of different aspects of the business. Following a successful period of development of the company and a relocation to larger premises, Light Motif have a number of opportunities available to join their dynamic team. The Role: We are currently looking for a dependable experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to join us in this key role within the business. The role is based at our premises in Bellingham, London SE6 · The role takes overall responsibility for the preparation, service, despatch and checking-in of the company’s rental stock of technical equipment and scenic items. · The role involves the management of a small team of staff and planning and allocating resources and supplies. About you – vital and desirable skills: · You will have experience of managing and motivating a warehouse /operation and of line-management of a small team of staff. · You will also have experience of planning transport, logistics and other resources · You will be proactive, adaptable, articulate and numerate and a good communicator. You will be accurate with good attention to detail and strong IT skills.
