Permanent, full-time position
Salary of £40,402.81 per annum
Agreed overtime, such as late/early calls and get out rate, is paid in addition to the basic salary

Sadler's Wells is a world-leading creative organisation dedicated to dance in all its forms. Our mission is to make and share dance that inspires us all. 

We are looking for Head of Stage & Flys to assist in the preparation and running of productions at Sadler’s Wells, a 1,500-seat theatre with an automated flys system.

You will be a flexible, practical person with excellent stage and flys skills. Successful candidates possess experience in professional theatre work. Being able to demonstrate leadership across teams is crucial. Stage Automation skills would be an advantage.

Sadler’s Wells is a receiving theatre with varied seasons, including both artistic and commercial activities. Candidates would be required to have a flexible approach to working patterns, and ideally will have experience of working with either repertory or touring companies.
