There is some technical support available for LightProcessor stuff at Zero88 but Keith is now on holiday until after Christmas - Edward might be able to help but he might well be snowed under (pardon the pun) with all sorts of support questions. If you're in no hurry then an eMail to Zero88 Support might be the best bet rather than call them?
