The Role: We have an opportunity for a self-motivated & dependable individual with an eye for detail to join our small dynamic team in the capacity of an equipment preparation technician. This key role involves the testing and preparation of a range of lighting, audio, video and technical equipment, for use on a wide range of high profile live events. The hands-on role is based at our premises in London SE6 and requires a high level of involvement in maintining a high standard in the delivery of the company’s services. The role will also involve training, developing and supporting less experienced members of the team and providing a level of supervision to others. The nature of the events industry will involve an amount of work outside of standard business hours. About you – vital and desirable skills: You will have a number of years of experience in a similar role. You will have an interest in technical equipment and a demonstrable ability to service, repair and prepare equipment to a high standard. You will have experience of working in a deadline driven environment and be adaptable to short notice changes and objectives.
