Quickq 20 cue question

Hello, just a quick question.

I have a QuickQ 20 by ChamSys and sometimes notice when I play a cue right after a previous one it shows the new lights but keeps the lights from the previous cue. Any idea why this may be? Is there anyway to fix this so that it plays only the lights I've selected for the second cue?

Are you in "Tracking" mode, maybe?

(There are many that would argue that Tracking is the "correct" choice and you should get your head around how that works....)

I had a customer experience a similar problem with a Jester. What was happening was they had managed to connect the DMX output back into the DMX input socket on the console. (They thought it needed to be wired like a ring main)

QuickCue doesn't have that option, so Bryson is probably on the money. (Unless there's something fishy going on in a DMX merge or similar?)
