TRW Recruit Posted March 31, 2022 Share Posted March 31, 2022 Play to the Crowd, incorporating Theatre Royal Winchester, Hat Fair and Playmakers, is looking for a Theatre Technician (Lighting Specialism). Play to the Crowd is at an exciting stage of its development, having recently rebranded as well as redeveloping Theatre Royal Winchester's front of house areas to create a welcoming Cafe Bar. The pandemic has resulted in a restructured organisation looking to focus even more explicitly on its charitable purpose, to serve the community that came together to support it so magnificently during the survival appeal. We are now rebuilding our capacity as we grow back to a full and diverse programme in our beautiful, heritage theatre. This is an unusual opportunity for a technician to join our small, friendly and skilled technical team in a venue rapidly developing its technical infrastructure and to provide excellent technical support for all the organisation's events, both in the theatre and beyond. Terms: Full time permanent contract. 36 hours (Part-time and job share applications will be considered) Salary: £21,000 to £23,000 depending on experience (with opportunities for overtime) Base: Theatre Royal Winchester Closing date: Monday 11 April 2022 at 9am Interviews: Tuesday 12 April 2022 Interested?
